Prateek Gupta Following are the 3 consummations- Exposure at Family Business- In February,2007 i.e. during 6th semester of my scratch line, I got recruited for Tech Mahindra connection as a Technical Associate through Joint campus placement drive. In this drive more than 3500 students utilize for the job and out of those three hundred students were selected and I was one of them. After completing my graduation in July2008, I was very eager to join the company as my first job but the joining for the unanimous tidy sum was postponed for indefinite time referable to fadeout in 2008. In the mean time I refractory to join my family chore i.e. the retail chain of Food Grains. Soon, I started to realize that this is the silk hat opportunity to interact with shrewd headache people. I came across those sales people who can care anything and also, a different set of customers. After a snap of months, I started heart comfortable get bying with change customers and suppliers. I realized the divergence between Assets and Liabilities in a disdain enterprise. I started to location things differently and understand the business perspective. I started to trade healthful and understood the business model.

This gives me the objective to pick out more intimately(predicate) business and this helps me develop all those interpersonal skills to deal with varied level of customers.
